Precautions for horizontal sand mill

3. When the machine is cleaning, the shaft can only be rotated slightly, because the washing liquid is running continuously for a long time, it is easy to wear.

4, to adapt to the viscosity of the lacquer paste, the proportion of small in high viscosity lacquer paste can not achieve good results.

5, due to pressure, value and can not operate, must find out the reason, troubleshooting before the boot.

6, should be screened in advance, remove impurities and less than the specified particle size, to prevent the paint paste mixed, foreign matter affect the effect and the quality of the paint paste.

7. After a long shutdown, check whether the shaft is stuck before starting up, and try to turn the pulley by hand. If it does not turn, it means it is stuck. Add solvent to melt and loosen it before starting.
